1935-2023
Moving to Phoenix as a child, Ken attended a local elementary school, high school, and Arizona State University, where he met his wife, Rochelle.
Ken joined his brother and father at H&R Fabrics when it opened, in 1965 and continued working until he passed away in November, 2023.
Ken’s first love (after Rochelle, of course) is flying hot air balloons. As serious hobby for over 45 years, he has flown his balloons all over the world and even when he retired from balloon piloting, he remained active in the hot air balloon community for the rest of his life.
We will forever remember Ken as a loving husband, father, uncle, and founder of H&R Fabrics.
